牛津小学英语5A第七单元第一课时
教学目标:
1、能听说读写单词 newspaper, picture book, play with
2、能听懂,会说,会读,会写句子: Is he/she …? Are they …?及其回答。
3、能听懂,会说,会读read a newspaper,,read a magazine, read a picture book,play chess,play cards,play with a yo-yo.
教学重难点:

教学准备:
课件,句型卡片,实物。
教学过程:
Step 1 Warming up
1.Sing a song “What are you doing ?”
(设计意图:唱一首英语歌,不但能复习旧知,带动学生迅速进入学习英语的氛围,而且能很快吸引学生的注意力,激起他们的学习兴趣,活跃了课堂气氛,并为上好这一节课打好基础。)
2.复习句型:What's he/shedoing?
He's/She's…
(设计意图:利用电脑中的图片帮助学生复习现在进行时的特殊疑问句,不但很好地巩固了上堂课所学内容,而且为下面学习现在进行时的一般疑问句作好铺垫。)
Step 2 Presentation
1、Teach : play chess
在复习过程中用多媒体出示图片play chess
(设计意图:从学生已有的旧知出发,顺理成章地引出play chess的教学,学生不会感到突兀,为学生学习新知设置阶段,潜移默化地把新授内容渗透给学生。)
T:What are they doing?
S: They’re ….
T:Yes .They’re playing chess.
Learn to say: play chess dress→ chess
(设计意图:在教学中把形相似或音相似的单词进行比较,能加快学生的记忆,也教会了学生学习的方法,以后学新单词时,他们就会联系旧知,进行比较,养成自主学习的习惯。)
T:Are they playing chess?
S:Yes, they are. 师生问答。(出示句型)
2、Teach:play cards
T: Are they playing chess?
S:No, they aren’t.
T:They’re playing cards.

3、Teach : play with a yo-yo
T:What is he doing?
S: He’s playing a yo-yo.
T: Yes. He’s playing with a yo-yo.
Learn to say: play with a yo-yo
T:Is he playing with a yo-yo?
S:Yes, he is. 反复问答。

拓展play with a toy dog , play with a toy car(借用实物)
T:Look,is he playing with a yo-yo?(让一男生play with a toy car)
S:No,he’s playing with a toy car.
T: Look,is she playing with a toy dog?(让一女生play with a toy dog)
S:Yes ,she is.
(设计意图:通过创设真实的活动引出词组的教学,极大地调动了学生的积极性,使学生能主动地参与英语学习中来,让学生在活动中学习,在学习中活动。并且通过男女生的对比,引起学生注意,以旧引新用he代替she引出新句型Is she…。)
4.Teach: read a magazine.
T: Is she playing with a toy dog?
S:No, she isn't.
T:What's she doing? She's reading a magazine.

5. Teach: read a picture book , read a newspaper as the same way
spell:picture newspaper.
Step 3 Consolidation
1.Play a game : Look and guess (CAI )(出示图片只露出一半让学生用所学句子猜)
(设计意图:在经过新单词学习的“疲劳之后”,学生的思维开始松懈下来,为了保持他们的求知欲,我设计了此游戏,并且加进了学生喜欢的明星姚明和张柏芝,让学生用所学的英语来说说他们,无形中拉近了语言知识与学生生活的距离,使学生感到英语更亲切了。)
2. Work in pairs. PartC (CAI )

(设计意图:课堂及时总结、梳理知识有助于学生记忆和巩固新知。)

(设计意图:英语活动并不限于课内,而应延伸到课外。布置的课后作业,有目的训练学生,提高学生学习和运用英语的能力,帮助他们及时复习和掌握新知识,为今后的学习打下坚实的基础。)
